What this website collects

Browsing the site: this website doesn’t use cookies, analytics, advertising trackers or third-party scripts. Fonts and images are served from our own website. Like any website, our hosting provider may keep short-term technical server logs, such as IP addresses and the pages requested, to keep the site running securely.

Contact form: if you use the contact form, we receive the details you enter: your name, email address and message. Depending on how the form is set up, the message is sent either through your own email app or through a form-delivery service, which forwards it to our inbox.

Emailing us: if you email us directly, we receive your email address and whatever you include in your message.

How we use it

We only use the information you send us to read and reply to your message, for example about a review request or a gig submission. We don’t sell it, share it for marketing, or add you to mailing lists.

How long we keep it

We keep messages for as long as we need them to deal with your enquiry, and then delete them.

Your rights

Under UK data protection law you can ask us for a copy of the information we hold about you, and ask us to correct or delete it. You can also withdraw your consent to us storing a message at any time. Just email media.downinfront@gmail.com.

If you’re unhappy with how we’ve handled your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.
